Artur Lacerda
Artur is Brazilian physicist. He completed his bachelor's degree in Molecular Sciences at the University of São Paulo. He then pursued a master's degree at the institute of Physics of the same university, under the supervision of Prof. Gabriel Landi. During his master's, he worked mainly with quantum transport in boundary-driven chains subject to quasiperiodic potentials. In 2021, he joined QuSys as a PhD candidate, under the supervision of Prof. John Goold. He is currently interested in numerical methods for simulating complex quantum thermal machines.
